Mr. Alles has 5 years experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and
capital markets. Prior to joining LBC, Mr. Alles was an analyst at Credit Suisse
in New York in the Debt Capital Markets/Global Market Solutions Group, with focus
on investment grade debt issuance and fixed income derivatives in the domestic and
European markets across a number of industries. Prior to his work in capital markets,
Mr. Alles was an analyst in the Global Industrial & Services group within the Investment
Banking division, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, high yield debt and leveraged
lending in the automotive, steel and health care sectors. He holds NASD series 7
and 63 licenses.
