Mr. Calabrese has 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience with the
vast majority dedicated to leveraged and asset based lending. He has significant
transactional experience in structuring various deal types ranging from equity buyouts
to bankruptcy financings. His deep knowledge of asset based lending is highly complementary
to the fund's strategy. Chris is a frequent speaker on middle-market leveraged lending and is a former President of the Philadelphia Chapter
of the Commercial Finance Association. He previously held NASD series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

- Executive Vice President, national manager of underwriting and business development
and member of the senior credit committee for Congress Financial, a business unit
of Wachovia and the third largest asset-based lender in North America.
- Leveraged Finance and Business Credit units at First Union (now Wachovia)
and predecessor banks (CoreStates Bank and Meridian Commercial Finance).
