Mr. Capperella is a Director responsible for portfolio management. He has more than 16 years experience in various roles in the banking and credit industry. Having closed on more than $1.6 billion of investments in all parts of the capital structure, Mr. Capperella has a deep understanding of the financing needs of middle market companies, enabling him to provide commercial finance solutions to new and existing clients. Mr. Capperella has established a particular focus on junior capital over the past several years.

• American Capital, Ltd., Managing Director and Principal, head of the 2nd Lien Group, and originator/underwriter in the Sponsor Coverage group.
• GE Capital Markets, Senior Vice President leading junior capital structuring for all GE Capital credits that incorporated 2nd lien or mezzanine.
• Prior to GE, several years of additional experience in originating and underwriting middle market transactions from asset based loans to unsecured mezzanine, including roles at two SBIC mezzanine lenders.
