Mr. Cohen co-founded LBC Credit Partners after 19 years of successful
leveraged finance, private equity and corporate buyout experience. His
transactional expertise compliments his extensive operating experience.
He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing investments
and overseeing the operational functions of the firm.

He is a frequent speaker on junior capital, structured debt and business
leadership and has received numerous honors including being named to
Philadelphia’s Top 40 Entrepreneurs under 40 Years Old.
