Mr. Fraimow has more than 20 years leveraged finance, valuation, restructuring and
legal experience. Mr. Fraimow has been instrumental in managing, servicing, and
developing workout strategies for large bank and fund portfolios of middle-market
stressed and non-performing asset-based, commercial and real estate loans, as well
as representing debtors and creditors in the structuring of financial workouts,
both in and out of bankruptcy. Additionally, he has conducted business enterprise
and securities valuations, and provided detailed analysis and advice in the issuance
of financial opinions to boards of directors, sponsors and lenders in leveraged
buyouts and recapitalizations. Mr. Fraimow is a member of the Pennsylvania and New
Jersey Bars, and is also affiliated with the Turnaround Management Association,
where he sits on the Board of its Philadelphia Chapter, the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
