Mr. Jadach has more than 15 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, commercial lending and corporate risk management. Prior to joining LBC, Mr. Jadach worked in J.P. Morgan's principal investments team from 2007-2010 focusing on junior debt transactions.  From 2003-2007, Mr. Jadach was part of J.P. Morgan's Syndicated & Leveraged Finance group, executing high yield bonds and loan syndications to finance leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and recapitalizations.  Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Jadach worked in Wachovia's Financial Institutions Group.  Mr. Jadach began his career in the insurance brokerage industry working for Aon and Marsh & McLennan.
